Endy6200 -micromotor with build-in apex finder

      SIMPLICITY

The Endy 6200 is very easy to use. It operates without a pedal and without calibration, in all media (hypochlorite < 2,5%, sodium chloride, water, saliva, blood, etc.). It is compatible with all the conventional metal handled NiTi files.
The keys "Select" : « V or Λ » enable you to set the torque (0,5 to 4N.cm), speed (100 to 500 rpm), apical stop and sound level, very quickly and very easily.
The Endy 6200 has 12 integrated memories in which you can set yourself the torque, speed and apical stop.
The keys « V ou Λ » allow you to switch from one memory to another one.
The Endy 6200 is completely independent. It operates on rechargeable batteries (speed loader ≈ 2 hours ) with a very long battery life (approximately 3 hours in continuous operation). It switches to stand-by automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life.
The contra-angle handpiece (135°C) is very comfortable to use since it is highly manoeuvrable and ultra lightweight (only 25g). It is fitted with a push-button micro head (11.1 mm), which is ideal for files with short handles.
The measurement is transmitted directly into contra-angle handpiece, there is therefore no hook/measurement transmitter to be folded backon to the file.
The body of the contra-angle handpiece is made of polyetheretherketone fiber (PEEK plastic) which ensures perfect insulation. The use of the dam is therefore not essential.

      EFFICIENCY

To take a measurement, just connect a cord with a lip electrode placed on the patient's labial angle to the machine. The many indicator lamps on the machine are used to monitor the progression of the file in the root canal. First, as an approach indication, then extremely accurately to the nearest millimetre, with very easy reading. An audible signal (bip) is also generated throughout the procedure and accelerates as the machine approaches the apical stop (adjustable).
The indicator lamp « Er. » comes on if the measurement is incorrect (amalgam filling, nicked tooth, irrigant overflow, etc.).

The Endy 6200 offers 3 measurement modes (Auto, Run and Apex Over):
      - Auto Mode: as soon as the file is inserted in the root canal, the motor starts up automatically; it also stops automatically as soon as the file is withdrawn.
      - Run Mode: in this mode the motor rotates continuously. - Apex Over Mode: this mode does not include AutoReverse on the Apical stop. It is used to overshoot the apex.

      SAFETY

Apical stop AutoReverse (available in 2 modes: Auto and Run) : As soon as the tip of the file reaches the preset apical stop (adjustable for each memory), the motor stops immediately then goes into slow reverse to avoid any return of debris in the bottom of the canal.
Torque AutoReverse (available in all 3 modes : Auto, Run and Apex Over):
The Endy 6200 is fitted with torque control, any overshoot of the preset torque automatically stops the motor which then goes into slow reverse to withdraw the file, whilst reducing the risk of fracture.
The machine then generates a characteristic signal and thenTorque"indicator lamp starts flashing.
When the motor is running, the force applied to the file is visible, in real time, on the 9 indicator lamps of the luminous torque bar (whatever the torque value selected).
The Endy 6200 can also be used as a simple micro motor retaining Torque AutoReverse or asjust a finder (a second measurement cord and file grip are supplied with the machine).
The contra angle support is located on the unit itself.
The Endy 6200 is supplied with its contra-angle handpiece, a fast loader, 2 measurement cords, 2 lip electrodes, 1 file grip, 1 lubrication adaptor, an handpiece holder and an operation instructions manual.
